NV Pierre Brocard (MAGNUM) Cuvee Tradition Brut Nature Rias Baixas The Diaz Bayo family carriesTradition has an inviting aroma dominated by the Pinot Noir grape. Good harmonious and full flavor followed by a light fresh acidity with a hint of menthol. This brut is ideal as an aperitif and goes really well with oysters, but also good for a champagne brunch. Tradition is made from 80% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Blanc. Light yellow and golden with fine bubbles.
